She has made every recipe on her own and people can’t get enough of her signature desserts. While all of her treats are made in her kitchen at home, she is fully licensed through the Jefferson County Health Department by obtaining her cottage food license and clearly labeling each item with the ingredients they contain. Meet the Founder!

Who is the founder of KT Bakes Bakery? Meet Kaitlyn Repasky, who often goes by Katie. She is a 19 year old with a dream of having her own bakery. Katie has loved baking ever since she was little, and put brought that passion to the Jefferson County CEO program where she excelled and started Katie Bakes, now changed to KT Bakes Bakery. Right now, Katie is enrolled in culinary school, has a part time student worker job, and does KT Bakes Bakery on top of all that! KT Bakes Bakery is just the beginning of her baking career, with her dream of this becoming a bakery. She can't wait to see where her future takes her!
